Moriamin Forte® is commonly used for treating:

• Barbiturates, salicylates, sulfonamides slow their removal.
• Levodopa increases decarboxylation in peripheral tissues.
• Antiepileptic drugs increase metabolism and excretion of ergocalciferol in the bile.
• Cardiac glycosides increase risk of hypercalcemia.
• Kolestiramin, laxatives containing mineral oil decrease the absorption of vitamins A, D and E.
• Methotrexate, pyrimethamine, trimethoprim, sulfasalazine, triamterene, antiepileptic drugs decrease the absorption of folic acid (folate deficiency).
• Isoniazid decreases effectiveness of pyridoxine.
• Biguanides reduces the absorption of cyanocobalamin.
• Isoniazid, Penicillamine reduces the effectiveness of vitamin B1, an increase in its excretion.
• Fluorouracil, bleomycin, vinblastine, cisplatin have violation of assimilation of vitamins A, B1, B6.
• Oral contraceptives (estrogens) increases concentrations of vitamins A and C in the serum, reduction of folic acid concentration.
