Diprogenta® contains an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid agent and aminoglycoside antibiotic (antibacterial) agent. It is used for the relief of skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, plaque psoriasis, and contact dermatitis.
Take Diprogenta® exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow the direction on your prescription label carefully.
A lean stripe of Diprogenta® ointment or cream is used smoothly to the infected region.
A small amount of the Diprogenta® lotion is used smoothly to the infected region. It ought to be rubbed smoothly until it fades away.
Diprogenta® is best stored at room temperature away from direct light and moisture. To prevent drug damage, you should not store Diprogenta® in the bathroom or the freezer. There may be different brands of Diprogenta® that may have different storage needs. It is important to always check the product package for instructions on storage, or ask your pharmacist. For safety, you should keep all medicines away from children and pets.
You should not flush Diprogenta® down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. It is important to properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist for more details about how to safely discard your product.

Apply a thin layer of the cream/ointment to cover the entire affected area, usually twice a day, or according to doctor’s instructions.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Do not use this medicine for more than 3 weeks in infants and children under 4 years of age, especially on areas covered by diapers.

Diprogenta® is available in the following dosage forms and strengths:
Each 1g of ointment / cream contains: Betamethasone dipropionate 0.64 mg, Gentamicin 1.0 mg (as Sulfate) (Equivalent to 0.5 mg Betamethasone).
In case of an emergency or an overdose, call your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room.
If you miss a dose of Diprogenta®, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your regular dose as scheduled. Do not take a double dose.
