Apo 10 is a sedative, also called as a hypnotic. It affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people with sleep problems (insomnia). It is commonly used for treatment insomnia.
Swallow the tablets whole with a full glass of water unless your doctor has told you to take half a tablet.
Do not crush or chew the tablets.
Take Apo 10 immediately before you go to bed because it puts you to sleep quite quickly. It also works more quickly if you take it on an empty stomach.
Apo 10 should only be taken when you are able to get a full night’s sleep (7 to 8 hours) before you need to be active and alert again.
