What is Catalin® (Pirenoxine sodium) used for?

Catalin® is commonly used for primary cataract, senile, diabetic, and traumatic.

How should I take Catalin® (Pirenoxine sodium)?

Catalin® is only for ophthalmic use. Under no circumstances should it be ingested or applied to other locations on the body apart from the eyes.

Catalin® eye drops need to be administered strictly as directed by the physician in charge of treatment. To use them, place the tablet into the solvent (provided in the bottle) and allow it to fully dissolve. It may be necessary to shake it. Your physician will direct you with regard to proper use, as well as how often it needs to be applied.

What is the dose of Catalin® (Pirenoxine sodium) for an adult?

Adults are sometimes told to administer 1 to 2 drops, 3 to 5 times every day.
